💡 Why grow saffron?
-
🌱 Easy to grow: all it takes is well-drained soil and a little patience in the fall.
-
Spectacular bloom: in addition to being useful, they beautify the garden.
-
In the kitchen: risotto, paella, desserts… a few stigmas are enough to transform a dish.
