Flexible schedule. Weekend availability is an asset. 10 to 40 hours per week. Base salary: $18 or depending on experience.
Length of employment: November to May.
The main tasks are, depending on experience, customer service in person and by telephone, bagging seeds, receiving and shipping orders and taking inventories.
The required qualities are dynamism, attention to detail, punctuality, stress management, physical fitness, resourcefulness, productivity, ability to concentrate, and a love of teamwork. Knowledge of the horticultural sector, e-commerce, and bilingualism are important assets.
