Pourquoi mes poivrons restent-ils verts ?

Manque de temps et de chaleur. Choisissez des cultivars hâtifs comme King of the North ou Doe Hill, semez avant la mi-mars, transplantez sur paillis noir, et laissez les fruits 3 à 4 semaines de plus sur le plant.

Faut-il tailler le poivron ?

Non, sauf pincer la première fleur en pot pour renforcer le plant. Un tuteur suffit. Retirez les feuilles du bas qui touchent le sol.

Le poivron pousse-t-il en pot sur un balcon ?

Très bien, dans un pot d'au moins 20 litres, au soleil, avec un arrosage régulier. C'est même souvent plus chaud qu'en pleine terre.
