Current processing time: Processing time for new orders is 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times are added afterwards. An email is sent upon shipment.

Items with the mention Available for in-store pickup only, orders weighing 10 kg or more, Dramm watering cans of 5 liters or more, corporate orders, and orders for businesses that resell in-store are excluded from this promotion. Semences du Portage will choose the carrier of its choice available in your area. If a tracking number is assigned to you, it will be communicated to you automatically when your order is shipped.

Free delivery at seed festivals (48 hours before the event)!
To avoid waiting at our booth, you can place your order online and select the "pick up" option during shipping choices. The seed festivals will be offered to you. It's free, and it's suggested to pay for the order online before the event date and to notify us of any changes. You will receive a confirmation when the order has been prepared.
See proposed locations and dates from January 25 to March 15 of each season.
Delivery rates to Canada
$5.50 for seeds only (letter mail with stamp) no tracking number or free with purchase of $50 or more
$12.50 for seeds only (with tracking number)
$15.00 for all other products (with tracking number) or free with purchase of $250 or more and under 10 kg.
$30.00 (10 kg and more, and oversized items)
$50.00 (20 kg and more)
$50.00 (packages to remote areas)
For over 40 kg, additional charges may apply.

Processing time
Under normal conditions, from the receipt of your order, we undertake to process it within 2 to 5 business days. If additional processing time is expected, we will contact you.
Incorrect address
If you did not provide the correct address when confirming your order, we will resend a second order to the corrected address at a cost of 50% of its value. Delivery charges will apply. If the order sent to the wrong address is returned to us, we will refund the additional costs, excluding delivery charges.

Shipping fee of $5.50 (seeds only with stamp, no tracking): 2 to 15 business days across the country via Canada Post. No tracking available.
Other products: secure and expedited delivery in 3 business days or less. A tracking number will be automatically provided to you when your order is shipped.
International delivery
We can ship outside Canada, but the customer remains responsible for checking whether the seeds are admissible. No refunds possible. Customs fees may apply; we declare the value of the order during shipping and what it contains.
Fees are calculated as follows:
$25 for seeds only (Lettermail format with stamp, no tracking)
$80 for all other products.
For a large order, the price may vary.
We suggest paying by credit card for easier currency conversion.
Return and Refund Policy
In accordance with current legislation in Quebec, you have the right to return any unopened product within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is not among the exceptions listed below.
Exceptions
Exceptions include:
- Perishable products
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Sale items
Product Condition
Returned products must be in their original, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product received is defective or does not match the description.
Refund
Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method (within 14 days) or by credit note (after 14 days). No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
