Oui, jusqu'à −5 °C sans protection, davantage sous couverture flottante. C'est l'une des dernières salades à récolter avant l'hiver.

Quelle est la différence entre chicorée frisée et scarole ?

Ce sont deux formes de la même espèce. La frisée a des feuilles découpées et un cœur serré ; la scarole a des feuilles larges et lisses. Elles se cultivent de la même façon.
