Pourquoi mon céleri-rave reste-t-il petit ? +
Semis trop tardif ou manque d'eau. Il faut 10 à 12 semaines de croissance intérieure et un sol qui ne sèche jamais. Un plant transplanté en juin ou arrosé à l'irrégulière ne dépasse pas la taille d'une pomme.
Faut-il de la lumière pour faire germer le céleri-rave ? +
Oui. Semez en surface sans couvrir, sous éclairage ou près d'une fenêtre, et gardez humide avec un couvercle transparent. La levée prend jusqu'à trois semaines.
Comment conserver le céleri-rave l'hiver ? +
En cave à 0 à 4 °C, racines dans du sable humide, ou au frigo dans un sac perforé. Coupez les feuilles, ne lavez pas. Il tient jusqu'en avril.
