Pourquoi mon brocoli fleurit-il avant de former une tête ?

Stress : coup de froid sur le jeune plant, chaleur, sécheresse ou transplantation tardive. Semez tôt, transplantez avant la mi-mai, arrosez régulièrement, ou visez la récolte d'automne.

Quand semer le brocoli pour l'automne au Québec ?

À la fin juin, transplantation à la fin juillet. La tête se forme en septembre et le plant produit des rejets jusqu'aux gelées de novembre. Waltham 29 est fait pour ça.

Combien de brocolis par plant ?

Une tête principale de 12 à 20 cm, puis 6 à 12 rejets de la taille d'un poing sur 4 à 6 semaines. Un plant nourrit une personne tout l'automne.
